We hope all our valued customers remain safe and well during this most difficult of times.

We will of course continue to operate strict hygiene and social distancing during collecting or when a cat is dropped off. We will ask that your cat carrier is very clean before your cat is placed in it and then that you handle your carrier with rubber gloves. Please then phone on arrival or use the doorbell at the gate. Place your cat carrier on the ground please then retreat 2 meters and we will come to the gate and collect your cat from the ground.

We will provide bedding etc for your cat and where possible food.

On return your cat will be placed in a sterile carrier and again place on the ground 2 meters in front of you.

Keep safe one and all and we look forward to seeing you when some normality resumes.
