Polstain Farm Cattery Terms and Conditions for Boarding
Charges from 1st October 2022

- 2 cats £24 per day
- 3 cats £32 per day

Charges from 1st October 2023
Unfortunately due to ever rising costs we have to increase our charges slightly for the winter period.

Christmas 2023: Please note that from 21st December to 4th January 2024 the following charges apply. A 50% deposit will be requested.

- 2 cats £37.50 per day
- 3 cats £48 per day
- 4 cats £54 per day
Charges will apply for the day of arrival and departure. A discount for the day of departure will be applied if your cat is collected before 10.00am
The full amount of fees are due at the time of arrival.
The payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and there is a minimum of 3 days stay.
If you need to cancel your booking with in 14 days of the arrival date a charge of 25% will be made.
Please ensure that your cat is in good health and you bring with you an up to date veterinary vaccination cards (feline enteritis and flu) for each cat and ensure that they have been treated for worms and fleas within the recommended time span.
Cats seen to have fleas will be treated and charged for on collection. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any cats appearing to be unwell on the day of arrival and we will charge in full for the period booked.
Medications required for any existing ailments must be supplied by the owner. Any medication to be administered is done so at the owners risk.
If we are concerned that you cat has become ill and/or in need of isolation then veterinary advice will be sought at the owners liability. This will be with our Veterinary Service at Clifton Villa Vets in Truro or with your identified Veterinary service (there will be a moderate charge for transport).
Whilst every care will be given to all cats during their stay with us it is understood that cats are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.
Polstain Farm Cattery opening hours are 8.30 am to 10.00 am and 4.30 to 6.00 Monday to Saturday and Sunday by arrangement. We will do our best to accommodate different collection and delivery times if required.
We are closed for collections and arrivals on Bank holidays.
